Combined with a tasteful selection of techno music, we will be dancing aerobic moves to maximize our health and happiness together.

As we LOVE vivid neon colors, lights, and any kind of disco/aerobic props, please bring yourselves dressed in as much neon as possible.

Together, we are happy to celebrate our love of music with our body, mind, and soul.

What to Wear: The Ultimate Neon Guide

Fluo neon, 80s colors, gymnastics gear, no black or white.

The Disco Aerobic dress code is simple: go as neon and as 80s as possible. Think fluo colors, retro gymnastics and aerobics outfits, leg warmers, headbands, leotards and bold patterns. The brighter the better.

The only rule is no black and no white. We want color everywhere, on every body, all night long.
